I am 25 and suffering from what is called “fibroid tumors” its caused several problems for me in my life one being unable to have children, being hospitilized many times for anemia and other problems steming from the tumors. My problem is I have no medical insurance, and live in a new town and no one will see me unless I pay a huge co-pay…I can’t afford it, I can’t work..I’m tired, weak and sick.. I really need to have the surgery done and have no where to go and nothing to help me out..I was just wondering if there was anyone out here that knew of some kind of assistance I could receive or sign up for or anything to be able to have the surgery I desperately need to save my life! Thank you all…

If you have private insurance it is going to be difficult to get assistance if not impossible. Try to explain this to your doctor. Some will take what ever the insurance pays them and not hold you responsible for the co-payments. If need be shop for a doctor who is willing to do this. I hate to say this – but if it gets to where you need to go to an ER they cannot turn you away. They may have to do the surgery right then and there. Good Luck and God bless.
call the department of social services and see what they can do for you..♥also ask at your hospitals some of the do free work…
