admin i’m 12#1. bought pg, through fertility therapy. i’ve completed scans prior to, all was clear.
received a surprise currently when doc told me my ultrasound detected bubs. but in addition a fibroid, and a cyst 
What does this suggest. any experiences. both +ve plus -ve please.

if your cyst is clear then you have nothing to worry about (just alot pain) i have a huge cyst on my left ovary and it hurts really bad but thats all it does. mine is 4 cm. they said it doesnt affect the baby at all unless it pops.
Cysts in pregnancy are common, they are from the follicle that the egg came from. I have one with each pregnancy, they dissipate after the pregnancy is over.
As for the fibroid, well normally they interfere with implantation which obviously did not occur in this case and they might obscure the cervix which would warrant a c-section, but that can be determined later in pregnancy. I would not worry about either actually.
